Isaac Mudau
Isaac is a co-founder of Onyx 365. He has over two decades of experience in the long-term insurance sector with a focus on group risk, funeral and healthcare administration services. Isaac brings proven executive and leadership skills, expertise in business development, people management, strategic relations and customer centric -services design.
He holds commercial and strategic management qualifications from Tshwane University of Technology, UNISA and GIBS.
Odette Manachi
As CFO of Onyx 365, I bring over a decade of actuarial and insurance expertise to ensure rigorous financial discipline, compliance, and sustainable growth. A Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa, my career has spanned product development, pricing oversight, and strategic business enablement — experience that underpins my role in shaping Onyx 365’s operational and financial backbone.
I am passionate about embedding strong governance, building trust with partners and regulators, and driving operational excellence across our business model. Known for finding innovative ways to solve complex business problems, I focus on aligning financial precision with practical solutions that enable scale and resilience.
With almost a decade in leadership, my commitment is to safeguard Onyx 365’s financial integrity while enabling innovation and growth — ensuring we deliver lasting value for our funeral parlour partners and the communities we serve.
